CRA Houston's Blood Drive

The Gulf Coast Blood Center set up a mobile blood drive center as part of their Commit to Life program in the training room of the CRA Houston office on August 29, 2007.  Employees were screened and gave blood donations without having to leave the office. 

This event helped to raise awareness about the need for donors, and it was done in a convenient way for those involved.  It only took the 22 CRA employees, and 9 people recruited from other vendors 30 minutes each to donate their blood.  An estimated 93 people could benefit from their donations as each one can save up to 3 lives.
