CRA Infrastructure & Engineering, Inc. (CRA I&E), formerly known as R&D Engineering, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Conestoga-Rovers & Associates. Based in downtown Buffalo, New York, the office of CRA I&E is home to a staff of over 45 professionals dedicated to the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure and water and wastewater treatment facilities and processes.
CRA I&E has been servicing the needs of public and private utilities and municipalities for more than 20 years. CRA I&E has built its reputation, and literally its business, by delivering high quality, cost-effective engineering services in a responsive manner to cities, towns, villages, and water and wastewater utilities throughout the northeastern United States and Canada.
