Our Corporate Governance/Management Team

The Board of Directors meets on a semi-annual basis to provide the overall Corporate Governance of CRA.  Ed Roberts, B.A.Sc., P.Eng. is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The CRA Board of Directors has appointed five Primary Officers and a ten-member Executive Committee. 

The five Primary Officers of CRA are as follows:
