Our Corporate Governance/Management Team

The Board of Directors meets on a semi-annual basis to provide the overall Corporate Governance of CRA.  Frank Rovers, P.Eng., is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The CRA Board of Directors has appointed 4 Primary Officers and a 9-member Executive Committee. 

The four Primary Officers of CRA are as follows:

President: Ed Roberts, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., Waterloo 
Executive Vice President: Glenn Turchan, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., Waterloo 
Secretary: Bob Pyle, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., Atlanta 
Treasurer:  Tony Ying, MBA, B.Sc., Niagara Falls
