ISO 9001:2000 REGISTRATION
CRA firmly believes that corporate quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) is essential to delivering the consistent quality service expected by our Clients. Quality measures taken by CRA include direct project responsibility by Shareholders, the use of in-house training programs, and internal peer review of all technical services. To effectively focus QA/QC efforts, CRA has developed and implemented a Quality Management System.
CRA's Quality System was registered to the ISO 9001:2000 in Consulting, Engineering, and Design Services in February 2003. CRA´s quality system was originally registered in December 1999 under the ISO 9001:1994 international standard. There are now 35 locations where our Quality Management System is registered.
CRA's Quality commitment to our Clients is reflected in our Quality System Policy Statement which reads:
"We will continually improve the quality of our services through the implementation of a Quality Management System and ongoing training of our employees."
Our objective on all projects is to meet and exceed the expectations of our Clients by providing quality services in a responsive, safe, and cost-effective manner."
This quality process will ensure that our professional services meet our Clients requirements.
Evidence of CRA's success at meeting or exceeding the needs of our Clients is evidenced in the high percentage of repeat business that CRA enjoys, and the results of a Client feedback questionnaire.
