Component Evaluations and Repair Planning

The CRA team includes Building Science specialists and technical experts with extensive experience in evaluating and solving building problems including, but not limited to, roof failures, concrete corrosion, building envelope deterioration, and mechanical, electrical, and life safety retrofits.  Our team performs visual evaluations and site-specific testing to determine the extent of the problem and the risk of ongoing deterioration.  Repair options with estimated budgets are presented at the evaluation stage.  Maintenance repair strategies are also provided, when applicable.
