Pre-Construction Surveys

Pre-construction surveys performed by independent consultants provide graphic records, which may be used to determine the legitimacy of claims and serve as valuable tools for the defense when they show that damage being claimed is attributable to other causes. The survey is the first line of defense when explaining circumstances to a complainant and may have to "stand up in court" later if legal action follows the claim. The CRA team documents base-line conditions at existing properties and on adjacent sites prior to construction projects.  Ongoing monitoring services can be provided during construction.
