Construction Management for Building Restoration Projects

The CRA team of Building Science specialists and technical experts manages the implementation of repair recommendations.  Our team prepares design drawings and specifications and manages the tendering process.  We monitor construction to verify adherence to the specifications and contract documents.  We chair meetings with the owner and contractor and issue progress summary reports. Our contract administration services include payment certification and management of the project close-out  and commissioning.  Successful projects include, but are not limited to: roof replacements, and concrete / waterproofing repairs at garages and walls, and mechanical and electrical system upgrades.
