Financial Incentive Analysis and Application

CRA's services include the analysis of, application for, and the effective securing for eligible parties of available financial incentives for brownfield redevelopment projects.  A wide variety of grants, loans, and tax incentives can be available to facilitate redevelopment, and CRA can assist in evaluating and securing such resources for a project.  Properties with particular characteristics may be considered by CRA and/or BRP for acquisition or for senior or subordinate financing.
