Libbey Glass Brownfield Project

CRA provides environmental engineering, liability resolution, and remedial action services to close the Libbey Canada Inc. glass plant operations and create new commercial uses of property in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

 

Michigan Distribution Center Redevelopment

CRA redevelops a large GM facility into a 1-million-sq-ft distribution center.

 

 

ZM Properties Site

CRA completes interim response activities and remedial actions associated with VOC-impacted soil that allow a new business to make use of a former manufacturing property. CRA was awarded the 2006 Environmental Excellence Award from MAEP for contributions to this project.

 

 

North Boulevard Improvement Project

CRA conducts Phase I ESAs at 32 sites and Phase II ESAs at 19 sites.  LDEQ awarded CRA a Citation for Brownfields Excellence for contributions to this project.
