The CRA team provides asset planning services to portfolio managers, financial and insurance institutions, real estate companies, and building owners.   We have extensive experience in evaluating a wide range of building facilities that include industrial, commercial, office tower, and multi-tenant residential buildings.  The property condition evaluations include reviews of the following components: structure (foundations, balconies, frame), roofs, cladding (walls, windows, doors), architectural interior finishes, site finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.  We review and report on compliance with current code requirements.
