Energy Audits

The CRA team analyzes the building components to identify energy saving initiatives.  Mechanical and electrical specialists review the heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical distribution systems, and lighting systems.  The CRA team reviews available reports, drawings, and specifications for construction details, the cladding and window systems, and the insulation when possible in order to determine thermal values and susceptibility to air leakage.  The historical record of energy consumption is analyzed, normalized, and compared with that of other buildings of similar age and construction in similar environments .  The CRA team meets with the stakeholders to discuss recommendations for implementation.
