Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Continuity of Government (COG)

CRA is available to audit and develop COOP and COG plans for government organizations.  CRA's consultants follow federal guidelines when working with clients.  These areas include command and management, preparedness, resource management, communications and information management, supporting technologies, ongoing management and maintenance, incident command system, Incident Command System (ICS) organization, operations, planning, logistics, finance and administration, establishing area command, predestined facilities and areas, planning process, and incident management resource typing system.
