RISK ASSESSMENT SERVICES
CRA has provided risk assessment services since the inception of the process in the late 1970s. In the past, the primary purpose of risk assessment was to identify the potential need for remedial action by characterizing risk. Today, the risk assessment process is also used to focus environmental capital spending in areas where risk mitigation and/or management are truly warranted. In this way, risk assessments provide the most benefit in protecting human health and the environment.
CRA is experienced in providing risk assessment services under the CERCLA, RCRA, Health Canada, and CCME programs, as well as under several Regional, State, and Provincial protocols. We have the necessary staff, tools, and expertise to successfully complete any risk assessment in a thorough, efficient, and cost effective manner.
CRA strives to conduct risk assessments that are protective of human health and the environment, and provide practical solutions for the safe use and management of impacted properties.
