Solid waste management facilities have a unique combination of air quality issues unlike any other industry.  The industry is very highly regulated, but air quality rules intended for manufacturing-type facilities do not generally fit the dynamic needs of solid waste facilities, particularly landfills, waste processing facilities, and material recovery/recycling facilities.  CRA has extensive experience in solving the air quality issues common to solid waste facilities, including:

• New source review and prevention of significant deterioration permits
